A message to our clients:
The health of our clients, patients, staff and their families is very important to us. Our goal is to continue providing all services to our clients and patients during this time. Due to COVID-19 we are temporarily implementing some new protocols recommended by the American Veterinary Medical Association. In addition to enhancing our cleaning and disinfecting practices we are implementing a “curbside service” approach to our appointments as well as medication or food purchases. We are asking that when you arrive for an appointment to please wait in your vehicle and call the front desk to check in. A team member will meet you to bring your pet inside, then the doctor will perform the exam and call you with his/her findings and/or treatment recommendations. As you know our doctor client relationships are very important to us and this is not how we prefer to do appointments but know that it is what is necessary during this time. We are also asking that any prescriptions or food refills be called in so we can arrange for them to be brought to your vehicle.
