Our Staff
Neel Brice, DVM
Dr. Brice graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984 with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, and from Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. He joined Fry Road Animal Clinic in 1990 and has been owner since 1992. He has special interests in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Care, Dentistry, and General Surgery. Dr. Brice grew up in west Houston and is proud to make Katy his home. He has been married over 25 years to his wife, who is a Katy native. They have 2 sons, and Hershey, their dog. Interests include fly fishing, hiking, tennis, Aggie football, and spending time with his family.

Pamela O'Rear, DVM
Dr. Pamela O'Rear attended Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. She graduated from Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. She practiced veterinary medicine in CyFair for 5 years before joining Fry Road Animal Clinic in February 1994. She has special interests in veterinary ophthalmology and surgery. Dr. O'Rear lived her first 12 years in Sterling Heights, Michigan, then moved to Spring, Texas until college. She and her family now live in College Station, Texas. She has been married for over 30 years and they have 1 daughter who is currently in graduate school, 1 son in high school, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. Interests include camping, horseback riding, and water sports. She enjoys working with youth activities at church and teaching Bible classes. She is also involved with Ciudad de Angeles, a children's orphanage in Cozumel, Mexico - a very special place!

Shannon Sadler, DVM
Dr. Sadler joined the practice in June 2008. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, and from Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She takes a special interest in Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Dermatology, and Behavior. Dr. Sadler grew up in San Antonio and now lives near Fulshear. She has 3 dogs - Hudson, a chocolate Lab, and Ruby and LuLu, both mixed breeds, and 3 cats - Stella, ZaZu, and Simba. She also loves horses and enjoys riding and training Darby, her Quarter Horse mare. Interests include traveling, snorkeling, and scuba diving.

Casey Levine, DVM
Dr. Levine was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and completed her undergraduate degree at University of Maryland College Park where she majored in Zoology. She then obtained her DVM from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. After graduation she moved to Illinois where she practiced as a small animal veterinarian until relocating to Houston in 2018. Dr. Levine likes all aspects of veterinary work but has special interest in feline medicine. In her free time she enjoys cooking, knitting, travel, and spending time with her husband Patrick and their cat Major Tom.
